This is loved by many and has seen umpteen variations and twists by now. Basically it is nothing but thick pulp of juicy and ripe Mangoes with Vanilla Ice-cream and loads of Dry fruits. Some Tuti Fruiti pieces and a Cherry too. Here in my simple version I have used thick pulp of juicy Mangoes with Dry Fruits and Vanilla Ice-cream plus lots of Tutti Fruiti. It is a popular street food of aamchi Mumbai and has made it's way into the streets of the entire Country as it has become the most loved Dessert cum drink cum Smoothie. And especially in this hot weather, it's a divine entity. Much to the relief of a working woman, this easy and simple Dessert is a perfect boon from the heaven.
