#cookpadindia #innovative #dips #chutneys A very easy peasy Raita that goes well with Biryanis and Pulaos. It can also be served with Aloo Parathas. Made in a jiffy and with just a few ingredients, this surely is the most popular choice among many. This one has all my favourite Vegetables and is the most simplest and the best one. It's an excellent one for any day. It goes well with many a meals and is loved by many. It can be made quickly with whatever is available. Seasonal Vegetables also can be utilised to the maximum.

thick Curd

1/2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the thick and creamy homemade Curd well. In the meantime, chop all the required vegetables.

* Step 2

Now mix everything well. Green chilli is optional. It tastes good even without it. Serve it right away or keep it refrigerated to keep sourness at bay. Enjoy!

Relish it with your loved ones on any given day and especially at mealtimes. It's a must have one in my family. Iam sure yours too. It tastes absolutely right even with plain boiled rice and simple curry too. Yum!
