Rose Hip Tea or hot Concoction is a great immunity booster. Rosehip or Rose Hip or Rose haw or Rose hep is the accessory Fruit of the various species of the Rose plant. It is typically Red to Orange but sometimes also Purple to Black in some species.
It is a herbal medicine found to be beneficial in Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid conditions. It has anti inflammatory properties.
Rosehips are full of Vitamin C and therefore the Rosehip Oil rich in antioxidants. They help repair skin after the Sun damage. Rosehip Oil can be used once daily.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring water to a rolling boil on a high heat at first. After it starts boiling vigorously, lower the heat. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes more.
* Step 2
Now add the rose hip buds to the pot. Also add coconut jaggery. Cover it and leave it to simmer for the next 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame without fail.
* Step 3
That's it. After infused with the flavour and aroma of the rose hip buds, the tea also gets a beautiful colour as well. Strain and enjoy.
