Homemade and pure. It's absolutely easy and can be made even without a Pasta making machine. Though this can be made without Eggs as well but I made it with Eggs this time. Eggless version is also easy.
And not only is it easy, it's quite a fun doing it with our family.
This way it's hygienic and safe. Homemade is always loved by all.
For the first timers, it might seem to be a bit tough but it will be easier as you do it often. Though this one is made with All-purpose flour, it can be made with Semolina flour or Wheat flour too. It can also be made from any gluten free flour as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean your working surface at first. It's better that you work on a kitchen platform or a table to facilitate the whole process. It cannot be done in a mixing bowl. Or else add everything to a large bowl and mix a little with a spatula.
* Step 2
And then bring it on the working surface. Now slowly fold all the flour and use your hands to start kneading it. Water will not be needed at all. If required only one or two tablespoon is enough. I did not use any. Knead it for 8-10 minutes until it's all done. Cover it and set it aside for 60 minutes.
* Step 3
After the stipulated time, cut it into two halves. Start rolling one of it. Roll to about 1" thickness. Roll into a circular one like me or into a rectangular one. Cut into thin long strips. Use flour generously while rolling and then keep aside as you do. That's it. Use it in your favourite recipes.
* Step 4
If you want to store it then you can dust the pasta with enough flour and store in airtight plastic bag and freeze. Use it in two to three days. That's it. Don't freeze for a long time. Make fresh whenever needed. Enjoy!
