Freshly baked Buns at home sweet home with all that was handy. These are simple melt in mouth Buns that can be used according to one's own choice and preference.
They are quite easily done with just a few ingredients available in every pantry. The only thing to keep a check with is the quality of the Yeast used. Choose a good brand of it from a variety of them available in the markets.
Do not rush about the whole process. Proofing time is absolutely necessary and second proofing is also an inevitable part of any baking process. So be a little patient with this.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned. Allow the Yeast to froth up well. Add it to lukewarm Milk and Sugar in a bowl. Take all the dry ingredients in a wide bowl and make a well in the center. Pour this Yeast mix into it and knead it well. Use Olive Oil on the dough and spread it all over. Cover and leave in a warm place for about an hour or two to double up.
* Step 2
If it's cold in your place, plug in your oven and preheat for almost 5 minutes and switch it off, then keep this in the oven. It's a must for the perfectly risen dough.
* Step 3
Preheat your oven to 180°. After 2 hours, punch the dough so that all the excess air is let out. Divide it into 12 to 16 balls.
* Step 4
Let them rest for 20 minutes for a second round of rising. Brush them with Egg white. Finally, bake them in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or till they are golden brown.
* Step 5
Serve these scrumptious Buns as an appetiser at a party or a weekend dinner at home with family and few close knit friends. Or use them for Homemade Burgers with Beef, Chicken, Lamb or Vegetable. Enjoy! Yum!
