Longan also known as Dragon's Eye because of it's appearance is a great one full of amazing benefits. Much similar to Lychee but less aromatic. It has a sweet and a pleasant taste.
In this simple Juice, I have used organic Honey and raw Chia seeds too. It can be a perfect choice for a healthy Brunch and snacking too. It's a good treat afterschool for our children.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the fruits clean. Pat dry and remove the thinly enveloped skin of each longan. The small ball with a round eye like is the seed. Discard it.
* Step 2
Add all the first 3 ingredients to a blender jar and blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes or until everything gets incorporated well.
* Step 3
Serve immediately with a generous topping of raw chia seeds. Enjoy!
