Red Dragon Fruit Smoothie

* Step 1

Peel the outer skin of the red flesh pitaya or dragonfruit. Cut it into 2 or 3 pieces. Even if it is not done, it's absolutely okay. As it is soft and mushy, it can be easily done in a blender. So there is no need to worry about cutting it into small pieces.

For one serving, half a cup of the fruit is enough. With 1 dragon fruit, smoothie for two servings can be made. Just add everything in the ingredients list to a blender jar. Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes until it's luscious and creamy.

Serve immediately with more of ice-cubes. Honey or jaggery can be used according to one's own taste and preference. Enjoy it chilled! Yum!
