Beautiful looking and stunning Pakoras using Rice and Gram Flour both along with Cauliflower or Gobhi florets. Crispy and absolutely lip-smacking Fritters that are done in practically no time at all and all in the comforts of your home sweet home. As the holy Month of Ramadan has arrived with a bang. There is whole lots of happiness and joy all around. With this spiritual Month and the fasting, Iftaar tables are also laid up with excitement and festivities galore. And what better way to celebrate it than with these gorgeous looking Pakoras at the time of breaking the fast.
Made with simple pantry staples, these fluffy and spongy Fritters are absolutely lip-smacking. They are good to go with just plain old Ketchup too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients mentioned in a bowl except the cauliflower florets. Use water as required to a make thick but lumpfree batter. Keep aside well covered for at least 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a large Kadai. Dip each floret in the batter and drop carefully in hot oil. Deep fry on a medium-high heat until golden brown and done. Do them in batches of 2 or 3.
* Step 3
Remove them onto a paper towel. Serve them hot well garnished with some chat masala. Enjoy to the last bite! Yum!
