Healthy and nutritious for the whole family especially after a day long fast in this scorching Summer heat. Made with simple ingredients, it's a great option for any day in Ramadan.
Use any variety of Dates that are available easily at your place. I use many types of them. Sometimes I use Khudri, the other times I use Safawi, Amber, Kimia, Omani Dates etc. Infact this Milkshake tastes awesome even with fresh Dates that are easily available in KSA in Summers. The flavour and texture both are undoubtedly the best.
Use of fresh Cream or Malai collected at home can also enhance it's creaminess and taste as well. My children love it and would want it made with different varieties of Dates.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add everything to a blender jar and blitz until smooth and creamier.
* Step 2
Also add a few ice-cubes as per one's own choice before blending. That's it. As easy as that.
* Step 3
Refrigerate and serve it super chilled at Iftaar to your loved ones, friends and guests. Enjoy!
