An easy and an instant Laddoo recipe that is full of Potassium and Iron. Perfect snack idea for the pregnant ladies and the elderly. These are soft melt in mouth Laddoos that can be enjoyed after meals as a Dessert or as an evening snack too. It is even a best idea for a worthwhile Brunch. Healthy and delicious both at the same time. Kids will love to munch on them at any given time.
The best part is that these can be made and relished for a long time. And are super healthy for the whole family. Brown Poha helps control Cholesterol levels in the body and regulates Blood Sugar levels as well. Potassium present in them reduces the risk of formation of Kidney stones.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
There is a need of slow roasting the poha. Do it on a low heat always. After cooling down a bit, grind to a fine powder. Also add in cardamom and jaggery powders. Blitz for a while until everything gets mixed well.
* Step 2
Take it out onto a wide plate. Now add in the other ingredients as well. Mix well and start shaping into laddoos of desirable size. In order to avoid a lot of ghee or clarifed butter, one can a little milk just as to facilitate in easy binding of them. And also that, it tastes more yum and equally delicious. If desired you can skip adding milk. Add more of ghee instead if required.
* Step 3
Store in airtight containers after making them all. Enjoy as and when required. You will love it's flavour and aroma. They stay fresh for upto a month in the refrigerator. Yum!
