An instant and an easy Salad with the Citrus Fruit that is easily available nowadays and a popular Gauva from Thailand that's amazingly refreshing. With just a little of Salt and Pepper, this simple Salad is a perfect choice for any day. Not only is it a yummy one but also a quick one too. Nothing much required to do at all. Just cut and toss. That's it. Thai Guava is mildly sweet and has no smell whatsoever unlike it's Indian counterpart.
It's a delicious Fruit Salad and can be enjoyed as an afterschool treat or even for a quick brunch.
They keep our heart healthy and helps us in getting rid of harmful Cholesterol. Also helps in lowering high blood pressure thereby keeping a check on it.

* Step 1
Cut the grapefruit into small pieces and add to a bowl. Discard the pith and the seeds both. Segments can be easily broken into pieces or can be cut into cubes. Toss with the rest of the ingredients mentioned for a yummy instant Salad.
* Step 2
Thai guava can also be cut into small cubes as desired. Since it's a bit mildly sweet and bland, I preferred using them with grapefruit that's tangy and peppy. This combination is just too awesome.
* Step 3
Toss everything up with salt and pepper. And it's all done. Enjoy mouthfuls of this beautiful salad with your loved ones. Yum!
