Thai Guava and Grapefruit Salad

That's it. Thai Guava is mildly sweet and has no smell whatsoever unlike it's Indian counterpart. It's a delicious Fruit Salad and can be enjoyed as an afterschool treat or even for a quick brunch. They keep our heart healthy and helps us in getting rid of harmful Cholesterol. Also helps in lowering high blood pressure thereby keeping a check on it. Not to forget that they are the richest sources of Vitamin C and also contains a lot of antioxidants and important plant compounds as well. * Step 1

Cut the grapefruit into small pieces and add to a bowl. Discard the pith and the seeds both. Segments can be easily broken into pieces or can be cut into cubes. Toss with the rest of the ingredients mentioned for a yummy instant Salad.

Thai guava can also be cut into small cubes as desired. Since it's a bit mildly sweet and bland, I preferred using them with grapefruit that's tangy and peppy. This combination is just too awesome.

Toss everything up with salt and pepper. And it's all done. Enjoy mouthfuls of this beautiful salad with your loved ones. Yum!
