Puffed Rice Laddoos or Murmura Laddoos are a treat to our tastebuds and no kid can ever refuse that. They would love to gobble them up on any day. And that's the craze for these homemade goodies in the Winters when these are exclusively made to keep our body warm and safe from the seasonal illnesses.
These are done in practically no time at all and are one of the easiest ever Laddoos. Delicious and delightful in every bite, these are the best.
These can be stored and relished for a long time. Easy and quickly done, these require minimum of the ingredients. Absolutely a great choice to impress the little one's on any day.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan. Add water along with Jaggery and ghee. Allow it cook on a low heat. Roast the puffed rice for about 2-3 minutes so that they are crisp.
* Step 2
Meanwhile heat a teaspoon of ghee in a pan. Add jaggery along with some water and allow it to melt. As soon as it starts bubbling and becomes frothy, keep stirring. Do it on a low heat only. Do not increase the flame.
* Step 3
Drop a small amount of the syrup in a bowl of water and check if it's done. It should form into a ball easily and should even snap. That's the right time to add the puffed rice.
* Step 4
Add the puffed rice along with the cardamom powder and mix vigorously until everything gets incorporated well. Take this mix out onto a greased plate. While it's still warm, shape into laddoos of your desirable size.
* Step 5
That's it. Store them in airtight containers and relish upto a week or two. Enjoy!
