It can be enjoyed on it's own for a worthwhile Brunch as well. And the dressing is also too simple. After using pickled Jalapenos which gives a freshness to the Salad, there is actually no need of any Lemon juice or Vinegar. Tangy as well as juicy, this one is perfect for a quickie Salad on any day with your loved ones and close knit extended families. Or even your lovely friends. Enjoy it alongside a heavy meal or a baked goodie or even a barbeque Dinner. It's absolutely perfect.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Drop everything in a wide bowl. Drizzle the simple dressing made with the last 2 ingredients and toss well. You can add Lemon juice to it but in minimal quantities. It's your choice though. However It can be totally skipped as well. As there are pickled Jalapenos used in this. Enjoy!
