Brownies in a Cup

#FM #W4 #cookpadindia These melt-in-mouth, super Brownies are a treat to our tastebuds and are every bit a pure Chocolaty extravaganza. This recipe makes for 16 Brownies and can very well be doubled or tripled accordingly. The main thing to be remembered about whipping up some real gooey Brownies is that never use a mixer. Do not ever mix the batter vigorously as this creates air in it making them cakey. Mix the batter with light hands. And second, the important thing is not to overbake them. Don't ever do that. These get done in about equal to or less than half an hour. That's it. Don't go overboard when you plan to whip up some delicious Brownies for your families. Well! All said and done. Let's get started right away. The right proportion of Eggs as is the case with almost all basic Brownie mixes is two. Otherwise, your Brownies will turn out to be cakey if you add more. Unless of course, you want a cakey Brownie, never opt for more than two Eggs.

* Step 1

Keep all the ingredients ready for baking these yummy Brownies. Now add melted Butter to a mixing bowl followed by Eggs and the rest of the ingredients as mentioned. Whisk Eggs and Butter along with Sugar. Add in the Vanilla essence too. Melt the Chocolate using a double boiler method or in a microwave. Add it to the batter.

Mix with light hands using a whisk. Pour this into each of the Muffin liners placed in the Muffin tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven until done.

Let this cool down a bit, like say for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy these with a hot cup of Milk or Hot Chocolate for a yummy weekend treat.
