Iron Kadai Roasted Salted Fresh Groundnuts

And the use of the spice content depends on one's own choice. But these are plain salted Groundnuts done in a Kadai just like the nukkad thela wala bhaiya on the Indian streets in every nook and corner of the Country. No other spice is added. Just Salt and the Groundnuts. That's it. A perfect one to munch on any day or at any time on a rainy day or a chilled weekend. It goes well alongside a hot cuppa Tea or Coffee. Infact these taste awesome on their own too. Roasted to perfection in an Iron Kadai, it has that superb flavour and texture plus all the goodness of Iron and its benefits too.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the Iron Kadai and add both ingredients to it. Keep roasting along on a low flame until crisp and done.

Keep an eye on them all the while. Do it on a low flame only. That's it. Enjoy tea-time. Or anytime you wish to. It can be stored in a jar once thoroughly cooled. Relish it as you desire. Yum!
