Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a semi-thick fluffy batter with all the ingredients mentioned above excluding the last one. However, water should be used according to the requirement. Cover and keep aside until use. Let it stand for atleast 20 minutes.

* Step 2

As Semolina soaks up moisture, make sure you add some water if required to keep the desired consistency batter. Please note this for sure friends. Happy Cooking!

Heat a nonstick pan or a tawa Ona medium-high heat. Add a ladleful of the batter onto it. Spread it a little bit as you do for a Dosa. Drizzle some Oil all over from the sides and a bit in the center as well. Cover and cook for a minute or two. Flip it over and cook on the other side too.

* Step 4

Follow the same for all the Cheelas or the Pancakes until all the batter is used up. That's it. Serve right away with your favourite dip. Enjoy!
