Stir Fried Sprouts

Sprouts are a rich source of Proteins and what better way to eat them than just a quick stir fry or have them sauteed in Ghee or Clarified Butter. An aromatic, flavourful one that will make you crave for more. Easily done in just no time at all. Makes for an excellent Brunch idea too. A perfect accompaniment at Tea-time or better still can be a wholesome Tiffin box idea as well. Protein packed meal for everyone. Sprouts do get a perfect makeover in this simple stir fry. Boom!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, heat Ghee on low heat. Add chopped Onion and saute for a minute. Add Red Chilli flakes and Chana Masala. Saute onion until translucent and the raw smell disappears for nearly about 3 minutes.
* Step 2
Now add the Sprouts and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then open the lid. On medium-high heat, stir fry it for the next 15 minutes.
* Step 3
The Sprouts should be firm and not mushy and there should not be any raw smell either. Sprinkle Chat masala and add salt according to taste.
* Step 4
Squeeze some Lemon juice as desired nearly about a tablespoon or more and mix well. Serve hot immediately for a crunchy, lip-smacking, and wholesome Snack.
