Crisp Potato Wedges

An amazing Innovative idea from my kitchen. In this particular one, I have used two Flour for coating them instead of the usual breadcrumbs. I have used both Rice Flour and Maida instead.
And these crisp and crunchy homemade Potato Wedges are a treat to our tastebuds. Not only are these easily done, but they are also done quite effortlessly too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, wash and peel all the Potatoes. Cut into medium-thick Wedges. Rinse them again and allow them to drain thoroughly. Marinate them with all the ingredients mentioned. Coat them with the dry Rice Flour and All-Purpose Flour or Maida both. Mix both these Flours and spice them up a little using Salt and Pepper if desired. Or leave it just as it is.
* Step 2
Take care that each Potato Wedge is coated well on all the sides. Fry a few at a time on medium-high heat until crisp and done on both sides. Fry them in batches of two or three.
* Step 3
That's it. As simple as that. Crisp and delicious Homemade Crisp Potato Wedges are all ready to be enjoyed with our good old Kissan Tomato Ketchup. It tastes awesome. Yum!
