Low carb Pizza quesadilla
Quick lunch at work.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce over top of the tortilla.
* Step 2
Lay slices spread out over the sauce and o top of the tortilla. Or if using shredded cheese sprinkle all over the sauce. Top pepperoni over top of the cheese.
* Step 3
Microwave for about 1 minute or till the cheese is melted.
* Step 4
You can do this in the oven, microwave or on the stove.
