Chicken quesadilla

Chicken quesadilla

Ingredient

2 tablespoons

chipotle sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put a large and a medium skillet over medium-low heat.

* Step 2

Add already cooked shredded chicken to the medium skillet and top the chicken with the chipotle sauce. Mix throughout.

* Step 3

Spray the skillet with some cooking spray. Add the prepared tortilla shell to the skillet, then top it with cheese, chicken, and a little cheese. Top it with another tortilla shell.

* Step 4

Cook the quesadilla for 2 minutes on each side. I love to cook my quesadillas on low heat and covered.

* Step 5

Once tortilla is browned on both sides take out if skillet and place it on a cutting board. Cut into several slices or in half. Top with hot sauce of your choice. Enjoy.
