Cinnamon Apple, Cranberry, Granola, & Mixed Nut Breakfast Bake
I was gifted a giant bag of granola with mixed nuts and I spent weeks slipping it into whatever I could! 😏 I was out of ideas & I had a bag of cinnamon bagels just wasting away! 🤣👌 #breakfast #breakfastbake #breakfastcasserole

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Melt sticks of butter in medium bowl. Add cinnamon. Mix well.
* Step 2
Cut cinnamon bagels into 1 inch pieces and spread across casserole dish.
* Step 3
Slice your apples and toss wt butter and cinnamon mixture to coat. Add apples and butter mixture to casserole dish.
* Step 4
Add 3 eggs and cranberries to casserole dish.
* Step 5
Add brown sugar. Mix well.
* Step 6
Stir in granola nut mix. Bake for 40-60 mins or until apples are softened and granola is crisp.
* Step 7
Serve & Enjoy! I added home fries for our breakfast this morning! 🥳
