Baghare Chawal or Leftover Tempered Rice

#special #cookpadindia This is a very simple recipe made in my mom's way. It is usually made with leftover rice but can be made with freshly prepared rice also. Actually the leftovers are put to a good use in this dish. A few ingredients is all that is required for making this yummy one pot dish. A meal that's simple yet filling. And the best part is that it can be relished all on it's own without any side dish at all. A few Poppadoms, a little of any Homemade Pickle or Curd Chillies are enough to go alongside this yummy one pot meal. Alternatively you can serve it with any Gravy or Curry of your own choice. That's it. As simple as that. Enjoy it with your loved ones on any given day. Happy Simple Cooking with Zeen!
