Orange Kulfis or Fruity Kulfis are an excellent choice to relish during the onset of Summer. Not only is it easy to make, it's Fruitilicious. Everyone will love this. I have used sweet Oranges here. They are just perfect for making these Fruity Kulfis. But just in case, if the Oranges are a bit tangy, you can increase the Sugar content. That's it. Nothing difficult at all. It's easy as well as yummy. Kulfis are loved by all and so will this variation be welcomed by everyone. The colour looks pretty good and tastes just perfect.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring Milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first along with Sugar. Reduce the heat to a low and simmer for about 10 more minutes until a bit thick.
* Step 2
Get Orange juice ready using a juicer. Let the Milk come down to the room temperature before stirring in the juice. Mix well and also add some fresh Cream if desired at this point.
* Step 3
Fill in the Kulfi moulds. Garnish with slivered Dry Fruits. Stir it a little. Now pop them into the freezer and allow it to set overnight preferably for best results.
* Step 4
Enjoy these Fruity Kulfis with your loved ones and friends alike.
