Split Black Gram with Methi Pakoras are a good choice of healthy savoury food for your families. They are perfect to serve at tea-time. And are an easily done snack too. They get done very quickly. And what i have done here is that i have made two savoury snacks using the same combination of Lentils, Methi or Fenugreek Leaves and Spring Onions. So it was a kind of an easy way out for me. It was absolutely amazing as i had a few guests and this saved my day. I made Medu Vadas as well as Pakoras with the same batter. The best part is that no matter what you make from these Lentils, they turn out super fluffy and spongy that they just melt in your mouth. And you will definitely say, Yeh Dil Maange More!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak these Lentils for atleast 4-5 hours or better still overnight. I always do that for fluffier Pakoras and Medu Vadas. Grind to a smooth paste using as little water as possible.
* Step 2
Add all the ingredients mentioned to this ground paste. Mix well and deep fry until done. Drop small balls into hot Oil and fry on a medium-high to high heat.
* Step 3
Serve alongside any dip of your choice. Enjoy!
