#GA4 #week19 Tandoori Prawns baked to perfection in an oven with all the required spices. Not only these are done absolutely fine, they look amazingly beautiful too. And these are not done on a charcoal barbecue but instead roasted in an oven at appropriate temperature. The spices are simple too with Tandoori Masala being incorporated in the marination. That's it. As simple as that. These can be done on a stove top Griller Pan also. It tastes still awesome. No matter how it's done, it will surely enliven any party or occasion. Marinate Prawns with all the ingredients mentioned and set aside for an hour. It's important.

Preheat your oven on 180° and set the timer to about 30 minutes. Thread them to bamboo skewers and roast until crisp and done. Baste with Oil or Butter and keep turning them at regular intervals to ensure that they are well roasted on all the sides. Also roast a few vegetables of your choice to go with it. I have roasted Capsicum and Onion chunks.
