Oven Baked Prawn Shashlik

#GA4 #week19 This is one dish that is simple as well as perfect for a family meal. I already have uploaded Paneer and Chicken Shashlik and today i have used juicy and tender Prawns for this amazing baked dish. This can be served both with Rice as well as Rotis or any Indian Bread for that matter. Butter Naans make for an excellent combo with this. I had served it alongside Arabic Dipping Sauce Salata Hara. The recipe for which is already on my profile. Plus i have used Sumac powder in this as i do with all my barbecue or grilled dishes. Sumac is easily available on Amazon and hence can be used for all of your cooking needs. Juicy, tender and absolutely delicious Oven roasted Prawns are ready to be devoured with your loved ones on any day. Weekends are the perfect for this or family get togethers or even a picnic. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate Prawns with all the spices mentioned. Keep aside for an hour. It's important. Likewise add Onion and Capsicum chunks to the marination as well or skip it if you do not like it. Tomatoes also can be used but i didn't. Also don't forget to add Oil to the marination.

* Step 2

Preheat oven on 180° for about 10 minutes and set the timer to almost 40 minutes. Thread these well marinated Prawns along with the Veggies onto wooden skewers or sticks. Arrange them all on an aluminium foil lined baking tray.

* Step 3

Roast until crisp on both the sides. Keep turning them at regular intervals and also baste them either with Oil or Butter.

Serve piping hot right out of the oven. Enjoy!
