Fruit and Nut Pancakes

#GA4 #week10 These beautiful looking Chocolate Pancakes are whipped up by me using the Amul Fruit And Nut Dark Chocolate. The best part about this is the chunks of Fruits that comes with every bite of the Pancake. You will definitely love these amazing one's. Though I have already made with Cocoa powder earlier, these really stand apart in terms of taste and texture. This particular Chocolate from Amul is a win all the way. Serve them with lots of Whipped Cream for that wholesome chocolaty goodness. Enjoy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

Cooking time :

25 minutes
1/2 cup

Milk

3-4 tbsp

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt Chocolate at first. Add all first 7 ingredients to a mixing bowl. Whisk everything well until combined.

* Step 2

Heat a pan with little Butter. Pour a spoonful of the batter onto it. Cook on a low heat for about 2-3 minutes each for all. Flip over and cook on the other side too. They get done very easily. I made them on two pans to make it more quicker.

Serve them with Whipped Cream, Fruits, Chocolate Syrup, Honey etc. Treat your families to a yummy Breakfast as a weekend special. Happy Cooking Everyone!
