Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredient

25-30 minutes
100 ml

Canola Oil

Eggs

1/2 tsp

Baking Soda

1 tbsp

Butter

2 tbsp

Cornflour

2 cups

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all the dry ingredients well. Whisk eggs and the oil along with sugar until creamy.

* Step 2

Fold in the dry ingredients slowly in the wet mix until you use up the whole of it. Bake it in a preheated oven on 180° for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

For the Chocolate Ganache, just combine all and keep stirring it on a low to medium high heat until you get the desired thickness. Stirring is important. Do not stop until done. See to it that it's shiny and glossy as well as absolutely lumpfree.
