Golden Milk/Turmeric Latte

This milk is a healthy Indian drink that is taken to keep cold and flu at bay. This practice of drinking is still predominant in every Indian household and is considered the most reliable source for the seasonal cold and cough. It requires just 2 ingredients and is made both with the turmeric powder as well as the raw turmeric. I had made it in both the ways and though the raw one is considered to have better healing properties, turmeric powder is also equally good. Serving this to children is quite an arduous task but mixing some sugar in it will help them to consume it without much fuss.
