Gooey chocolate double layered cake along with plain and chocolate whipped cream, now what more can one ask for? To die for cake friends. Do give it a try. For the homemade Basic Whipped Cream, you can check for it on my profile here on this platform. I have used different brands of it at different times but the basic process remains the same as I have explained and illustrated with pictures. Happy Baking!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Before starting to make the preparations of the batter, preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Mix all the dry ingredients, that is flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Sift them once or twice.
* Step 2
Now whisk the eggs and blend all the wet ingredients with sugar until creamy. You need to fold in the dry ingredients in the wet mix slowly little by little adding hot water mixed with coffee powder. It is important. Do not add whole at once.
* Step 3
The batter will be liquidy. No need to panic. It makes the cake spongy. Tap the baking pan once and bake it on 180° for 30 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean when inserted.
* Step 4
Whipped cream is to be spread in between the two cake layers and also the sides covering the entire cake. And for the top I have used Chocolate flavoured Powder Whipping Cream. The final cake is ready to be devoured after decorating as desired. Enjoy!
