Vanilla Chocolate Chip Muffins are a real treat to the tastebuds. These are not only whipped up easily but also gets done with just a few ingredients. Absolutely delicious and an excellent accompaniment at tea-time or Shaam Ki Chai. Enjoy these lovely looking Muffins with your loved ones over a hot cup of Tea or Coffee.

* Step 1
First of all, preheat your oven on 180 ° for about 10 minutes. Start the process of creaming Sugar, Eggs, Oil and Vanilla. Use an hand held Electric beater for the best results.
* Step 2
Sieve the dry ingredients and fold in slowly using Milk in parts. Do not add all at once. As a final step, throw in the Chocolate Chips. Line a Muffin tray with liners. Using an ice-cream scoop, fill upto 3/4 each.
* Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven on 180° for about 22-25 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean. Enjoy with some homemade Whipped Cream or Fresh Cream.
