Absolutely delightful and done in no time at all plus it's with all the goodness of fresh and healthy Seasonal Vegetables. That's the beauty of this versatile Veggie and Egg Paratha. Your families would love to have it on all days. It's a best option for the Lunchbox ideas too. The choice of Vegetables can be any and many according to one's own preferences.

25-30 minutes
2 cups

Wheat Flour

1 tsp

Salt

2 tsp

Oil

Eggs

1/4 cup

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a smooth dough as for the paranthas. Heat a non stick skillet and make the parathas using butter. Whisk the eggs with all the ingredients mentioned. Also use your favourite Veggies if desired instead of those mentioned here. It is absolutely one's own choice and preference.

After the parantha is almost half done, pour about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the beaten egg mix on it and let it cook on a low heat. Flip it over and cook on a low heat on the other side too. Cover it while doing so.

Yummy Egg and Veggie Parathas are ready to be served with any Chutney or sauce or as it is.
