Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a smooth dough as for the paranthas. Heat a non stick skillet and make the parathas using butter. Whisk the eggs with all the ingredients mentioned. Also use your favourite Veggies if desired instead of those mentioned here. It is absolutely one's own choice and preference.
* Step 2
After the parantha is almost half done, pour about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the beaten egg mix on it and let it cook on a low heat. Flip it over and cook on a low heat on the other side too. Cover it while doing so.
* Step 3
Yummy Egg and Veggie Parathas are ready to be served with any Chutney or sauce or as it is.
