Jajeek or Arabic Yoghurt Salad

A simple salad recipe from the Middle East. It is mostly served with barbecues and grills. Very easy to whip up with just 4 or 5 ingredients. Best served chilled and should be used up in a single use. Otherwise the cucumbers will lose their crunch. This should be kept in mind. Keep all the things ready and just mix it and chill it in the refrigerator for half an hour when the guests arrive and serve it right on time.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Mix it well and chill for nearly 30 minutes. Serve it immediately after the chilling time is over.
* Step 2
Best served chilled with barbecues and grills. Even goes well with tandoori chicken and tikka. I usually serve it with parathas too.
