Buttermilk Panna Cotta with Citrus Sauce

Incredible taste. Effortlessly prepared. In this recipe, buttermilk and citrus sauce go so well together that it will definitely make you all go ga ga over this exclusive dessert.This is a must try if you want some different and a unique dessert for your families and friends. An excellent alternative to the same boring desserts that we all make. It's better to experiment sometimes and if the results are appropriate, then it's also a good idea to share with all. So that is what I have done here and remember one thing that if the buttermilk is made at home with homemade Yoghurt, then it's all the more appreciable. This is because the Yoghurt will be sweet and not much sour if it's set at home. The more sweeter the buttermilk, the more amazing will be the Panna Cotta ofcourse. So get going guys and make this for your loved ones, the next time you plan to surprise them.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Heavy cream and Sugar in a pot. Stir in the Agar Agar now. Let it dissolve. Keep stirring it. It will take one to two minutes. Do not boil. It should be hot. That's it. To this add the buttermilk. Give it quick stir. Slightly grease your bowl in which you are going to set it.
* Step 2
Pour the mix into it or individual ramekin moulds as desired and let it set. Heat Sugar and Orange juice in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until Sugar dissolves. Add the Orange segments too.
* Step 3
Remove it from the heat as soon as it thickens. Refrigerate Panna Cotta for at least 2-3 hours or until set. Serve chilled with Citrus Sauce.
