Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

* Step 1
Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Set aside. Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add 2Tbsps. Butter and 4Tbsps. Vegetable Oil. Add your potatoes and fry til potatoes are fork tender then add in the chicken breasts. Fry til chicken is cooked through. Add 1/2C. Shredded Parmesan cheese and garlic parmesan sauce. Stir til everything is combined. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Turn off heat. Cover and let set til cheese is melted. Serve immediately and enjoy 😋.
