Pink Alfredo Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs…….
* Step 2
Season both sides of chicken thighs with black pepper, oregano and crushed red pepper (to taste) and sauté in a large skillet in olive oil until thighs are golden brown, then set to the side……..
* Step 3
In another large pot sauté in olive oil your sliced onion, pepper and garlic until tender………..
* Step 4
Add to pot your diced tomatoes and Alfredo sauce, cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally……..
* Step 5
Add to sauce your cooked chicken thighs and cook for about 20 more minutes, stirring occasionally……
* Step 6
Serve on top of cooked egg noodles and enjoy 😉!
