Full of healthy Greens, this is what makes it unique. Made with spring onions, leek and a little of capsicum in fusion with lamb mince, it is a perfect recipe for the pregnant women and the elderly too. This can be made even if one of any Greens are not available and handy. You can still go ahead with the preparations and relish it's awesome flavour and aroma. Use Ghee in place of Oil for an excellent aromatic dish that can be enjoyed with Rice and Rotis both.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste at first. Shallow fry it for a minute and then add the chopped red onion. After done add the chopped greens, both the spring onions, green chillies, chopped leek and the bell peppers.
* Step 2
Add salt and the rest of the spices too. Finally add the lamb mince to it. Cover and cook on a medium high heat without adding any water.
* Step 3
Lamb mince gets done very easily and therefore no need to add any water. Let it cook in it's juices and it will be done in a matter of 20 minutes.
* Step 4
After the stipulated time, open the lid and saute it on high heat until the oil starts leaving the edges of the cooking pot. Add kasuri methi to it. Sprinkle some garam masala next. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it hot as an excellent side dish to pulao, rotis, and parathas.
