Cooking instructions
* Step 1
FOR SHEET:
Mix sooji, curd and water. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Take the soaked batter in mixer. Add 1/4 cup water(or as required) and churn to get a smooth free flowing batter. The batter should be medium thin as shown in the video.
* Step 3
Immediately make the sheets, else the batter will get sour. Apply 2-3 drops on a tawa. Spread a thin layer of batter as shown. Use ladle to spread evenly if needed. Cook on medium flame until top side is dry. Do not roast more. This way the sheets will be soft and easily foldable.
* Step 4
Carefully remove the sheet from the tawa and place the sheet in a thali and apply little oil to avoid sticking of the sheets. With this batter I made 7 thin sheets. Arrange all the sheets in a pile.
* Step 5
Cover the sheets to avoid drying. Now ready the vegetables. Add in grated cheese and dry masalas, except the salt.
* Step 6
Mix well. Now place some stuffing in centre of the sheet, sprinkle salt to taste and fold from right-left and up-down. Press a well
* Step 7
Ready all the parcels, keeping the folded side down.. Roast using oil/ghee/butter on a grill tawa. Roast well. Turn when crispy and grill marks are formed
* Step 8
Roast on medium flame. A super delicious anytime snack is ready.
* Step 9
Serve with ketchup and green chutney. Enjoy with a smile on faces of all family members.
Happy Cooking!! 😊
