Tindola-chhola Sabzi Chettinad Style

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First dry roast the first 5 ingredients on slow gas for 2-3 minutes. Now mix in next 4 ingredients and roast for 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Now add in grated coconut and groundnut powder. Roast for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cool down the masalas.
* Step 3
Take all in mixer jar and crush to a paste,adding in water as required.
* Step 4
In a kadhai take oil and add in rai, urad dal, red chillies, hing. Add curry leaves.Add in chopped tindolas., salt and haldi.
* Step 5
Mix and add 3-4 tbsp water and cook until 80% done. Add in the boiled chhole. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off and keep aside.
* Step 6
Final Gravy:
In oil add chopped onions and cook well. Add in chopped tomatoes and cook well and cook well. Now add in the Masala paste.
* Step 7
Add salt and cook a while. Add in some water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 8
Add in the dry masalas. Mix. Add in cooked tindola-chhola. Mix and add water and cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 9
A tasty SI sabzi is ready. Garnish with coriander. Serve with puri, roti or rice and enjoy.
