Aloo Palak Dhaba-style

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop potatoes, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Wash well and chop the palak. Ready the dry masalas.
* Step 2
In 2-3 tbsp add jira, 2 dry red chillies,hing and chopped garlic. Saute garlic until reddish. Add in ginger-chilli paste and onions.
* Step 3
Saute well. Add in the potatoes, salt and haldi. Mix. Add 3 tbsp water and cover lid and cook the potatoes.
* Step 4
When potatoes are almost done, add in the chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add in the dry masalas and mix. Add in the malai and mix.
* Step 5
Add in chopped palak. Mix well. Cook in the open pan after adding the palak.
* Step 6
Switch off after 3-4 minutes. Yummy aloo palak sabzi is ready. Garnish with malai.
