Chicken Ranch Chaffles

Starting a higher protein, lower carb lifestyle, chaffles make a perfect snack or lunch. The mini waffle irons are so reasonably priced and the recipes are limitless.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

7 minutes
1 tablespoon

ranch powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up mini waffle iron.

* Step 2

In a bowl mix up all ingredients until well incorporated.

* Step 3

Once iron is at temperature, take 1 tablespoon of additional mozzarella and put it directly onto iron. Spoon 1/6 of chicken mix on top of mozzarella. Then top with another 1tablespoon of mozzarella.

* Step 4

Close lid and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.

Top with the extra scallions and some sour cream. Enjoy!
