Chicken Sausage Cavatappi Bolognese
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut zucchini in half and then into slices. Mix olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper in a bowl. Then heat oven to 450 degrees and back zucchini on a cooking sheet for 14-16 minutes.
* Step 2
Cook pasta however you cook it. Stove top or instapot.
* Step 3
When you have about 10 min left, heat olive oil in a pan and then sauté onions until brown. Then add can of tomato paste, chicken bullion cube and 1 cup of water. Stir and then add cooked chicken, salt and pepper and let that simmer for a few minutes.
* Step 4
When done, mix everything together. And add Parmesan to the top and eat.
