Chicken Marsala ;with mashed potatoes and garlic green beans
Serve my garlic green beans or air fryer green beans as a side to this dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With a Mallet, tenderize chicken. Then combine flour and 1.5 tsp of salt and dip each piece into flour and set on a plate.
* Step 2
Heat olive oil and place chicken into pan of hot oil and let cook for 1 min each side. Then set on plate.
* Step 3
Take pan from heat and add mushrooms. Sauté for a few minutes, until tender. Then add finely chopped shallot and sauté for a few minutes:
When tender, add 1/2 cup water and 1.5 cups Marsala wine to pan.
* Step 4
Heat over med heat for a few min. Then add 6 tsp of butter. Melt and then add chicken to the pan. Let it come to a boil and then simmer. Let that simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes.
* Step 5
In process, cook your mashed potatoes and green beans. Serve as gravy over mashed potatoes.
