Mango Custard Halwa
#bp22
As Basant Panchami 2022 is just around the corner, we offer yellow-coloured sweets to make the celebration an indulgent affair. The colour yellow plays a significant role in the Basant Panchami celebration. It is because the colour yellow signifies the arrival of the Spring season and is often associated with feelings of positivity, life and nature. A recipe version of traditional Mumbai Halwa is this custard halwa. This mango custard powder halwa is made using a base or gluten-free custard powder and so is considered gluten free. On this occasion of Saraswati Pujo I made this sweet to offer to Maa Saraswati.
