Pepper Garlic Vegetables Stir Fry

A simple and delightful dinner side for the busy family in winter with all seasonal vegetables cooked in a very short time. This is a delicious mix of fresh vegetables sauteed in butter ,olive oil and garlic.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a skillet add 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic,brown sugar and saute. Add the onions and red bell pepper and stir fry. Meanwhile blanch the broccoli,carrots and green peas and drain off the water.
* Step 2
Add the blanched vegetables and mix well. Add the mushrooms and stir fry again. Add salt to taste. Add the soya sauce and give a nice mix. Finally season with pepper and serve hot.
