This recipe has gained popularity in Turkish community. I decided to share this one, if you're looking for a carbless but tasty dinner. I think this would make a perfect appetizer too.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the sides of the beans and cut them thin vertically.

* Step 2

Pat the beans to make them dry. Then squeeze in the lemon and lime, and add the olive oil. Add in the spices and garlic. Give it a mix and wait for them to soak the juice. It should take about 10 mins.

* Step 3

Preheat the oven for 200*C and bake the beans for 25 mins. Give beans a stir every 10 mins.

* Step 4

Add some yogurt on the plate. Then place your beans. Decorate more with sesame seeds and optionally, add cooked chuck beef roast on top, if you can't have it without protein.

* Step 5
