Sheet Pan Vegetable Dinner

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease the sheet pan.
* Step 2
Chop up zucchini, carrots, bell peppers and green onions and put in sheet pan. Season with garlic, oregano, thyme, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over veggies.
* Step 3
Bake in preheated oven for about 25-35 minutes. Remove from oven and distribute feta, then bake until feta is melted, 5-10 minutes.
