Rose Lassi

#milk #yoghurt #cooksnap A chilled Beverage made with fresh yoghurt, milk , rose petals and rose syrup. Lassi is very popular in north India during the summer. There are many variations of it and rose lassi is one such variation.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 person

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 cup

yoghurt

1/2 cup

milk

2 tbsp

sugar

1 tbsp

rose syrup

4 drops

rose essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chill the glass where you will serve lassi

In a blender add yoghurt, milk, rose essence, rose syrup, sugar and blend

* Step 3

Now just wet the rim of the glass and dip in brown sugar to have a decorative edge. Pour 1 tsp of rose syrup along the glass sides and then pour the lassi into the glass. Add ice cubes and sprinkle some rose petals and serve chilled.
