Oats Paratha is a healthy and nutritious flat bread made with the goodness of oats, whole wheat flour, veggies and spices. Oats are incredibly nutritious and are a good source of fiber, low in carbs and aids in weight loss. It is a wonderful grain to include in our diet

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take the oats, onions,coriander leaves,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix together and add 2tbsp water to make a paste and make small balls
* Step 2
Now prepare the dough for paratha with water,oil and salt and stuff inside each dough lump and make small balls
* Step 3
Use a rolling pin to roll into flat bread and light roast on a tawa and then fry with vegetable oil and serve hot Paratha. Tastes great with a side of pickle and yogurt.
