A spoonful of soft, mild, savory porridge goes down so smoothly with chewing bits of shrimp is delicious and fun.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the shrimps with all ingredients mentioned in the section. Cut the potatoes and carrots in small cubes. Cut onions into slices. Crush the garlic cloves and keep aside. Finely chop the basil, spring onions, coriander leaves, Asian chives. Wash the rice and soak in water for an hour.
* Step 2
Take vegetable oil in a deep cooking bowl and add the crushed garlic and spring onions and sauté. Then add the onions and fry
* Step 3
Add the marinated shrimp and stir fry
* Step 4
Now strain the soaked rice and fry with the shrimps. Add carrot and potatoes and fry and now add 6 cups of water and give a good stir
* Step 5
Add all the chopped basil, coriander leaves,chives and simmer the flame. Add salt and sugar to taste and keep stirring in frequent intervals for 20 mins. Beat the eggs and add slowly with stirring till it gets cooked. Garnish with pepper powder, barista, some basil leaves, chopped chilli and eat hot
